Unfortunately, multiply that anti-black anger times 100,000 and you might have the total number of people in Mississippi that are actually happy about this.


It's what propels the Tea Party.


And considering that they're probably gonna have lots of bigots on the jury, I would suspect that even with the video footage, the teens will probably get a light sentence, if anything.

Keep in mind, they probably learned their bigotry from Grandpa, and Daddy, and the rest of their family.

With the increase in cameras everywhere, more and more crimes like this are being "caught on tape". What used to be maybe a paragraph in a newspaper at best, is now replayed over and over on the news and "Shocking Videos" shows.

Is it good or bad that they're being caught on tape? I think the jury is still out on that one. Perhaps people will begin to truly see what humans are capable of and routinely do to one another. Or perhaps people will just become numb to it and want videos that are even more graphic, of which there are many.
