Back when Wizards was released, I was at UCLA finishing up my Master's degree. Decided to go see it, and for whatever reason I was completely hooked. Ended up seeing it in the theater literally dozens and dozens of times. Don't know what it was about the movie that attracted me so, although Weehawk was certainly one of the draws. In fact, Wizards is where the "Westwind" part of my user name comes from -- Westwind was Weehawk's horse.

A fun bit of trivia: Mark Hamill plays the voice of "Sean" in the movie (and his name is misspelled in the end credits as "Hamil"). So as a gotcha trivia question, you can ask someone to name a science-fiction/fantasy movie, released in 1977 by 20th Century Fox, starring Mark Hamill, and when they guess "Star Wars" you can tell them "Nope." ;-)
