Since this is about slavery, and how it supposedly ended, I'll give you a couple of statistics:
Out of a possible 100%, the average percentage of Blacks who actually graduate High School in Oakland, Ca? A=30%
Of that 70% who dropped out, the percentage of Blacks who learned the joys of Crack or Meth, bought a gun, and got in trouble with the law and/or are in jail? A=89%
So no, slavery hasn't ended, it's just operated a little different these days. And no one: Republican, Democrat, Tea Partier or Fundy, could give a shit.
